In short

Write one email. We answer within 5 days and finish within 30.

Most requests are faster through the organization, which can act in the cabinet immediately.

No fee, no form to fill in, no reason required for deletion.

  1. 1.Who to ask

For participant data the organization is the controller, so the fastest route is the camp, school or hotel itself: a director can view, correct and delete in the cabinet the same minute.

    1. 1.1If you would rather write to us, do: privacy@findndo.app. We route the request instead of bouncing it.
    2. 1.2For data FND holds as a controller, such as a demo booking or an invoice, write to us directly.
  2. 2.The rights themselves

    RightWhat it means hereHow
AccessA copy of everything tied to the account, in a readable fileAsk the organization or write to us
RectificationCorrect a name, username or interestEditable in the app; staff can fix the rest
ErasureDelete the account and everything cascading from itIn-app account deletion, or one email
RestrictionFreeze processing while a dispute is resolvedWrite to us; we suspend rather than delete
PortabilityThe same copy as access, in a machine-readable formatWrite to us
ObjectionObject to processing based on legitimate interestWrite to us with the reason
Withdraw consentWhere the organization relied on consent, take it backTell the organization; revocation is immediate
  3. 3.How fast

We acknowledge within 5 calendar days and complete within 30, the GDPR deadline. If a request is complex enough to need the extension the GDPR allows, we say so with a reason before day 30, never after.

  4. 4.Proving who you are

We verify identity proportionately: usually by confirming the request from the address already tied to the account, or through the organization that verified the participant in the first place. We do not ask for an identity document to answer a routine request.

  5. 5.Requests about a minor

A parent or guardian may exercise these rights for a child. The organization holds the relationship and normally confirms the link between parent and participant; we act on its confirmation. See /children.

  6. 6.If you are not satisfied

Tell us first, because most of it is fixable. You can always complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority, or to the supervisory authority of the country you live in. Details are at the bottom of this document.
